Race Description
Charlotte, NC, will host the 'Run For You - Run Far - Winter/Spring 2025' event beginning on January 11, 2025. This event is designed as a 14-week training program aimed at runners of all levels interested in preparing for longer distances including half and full marathons. Registration is currently open and participants will receive a structured training schedule that emphasizes pacing and endurance through various workout types.
Participants can choose between beginner and intermediate training options tailored to their experience level. The program includes interval, tempo, and hill running workouts, as well as cross-training, ensuring that runners can meet their distance goals effectively.
