RUN FOR THE RARE!

The Haley's Heroes Foundation is gearing up for the RUN FOR THE RARE event, scheduled for June 8, 2025, in Salem, Oregon. This yearly race features a 10k, 5k, and a 1-mile run/walk to promote awareness for International Batten Disease Awareness Day and raise funds to support those affected by rare diseases.

Participants of all ages are encouraged to join in this important cause, with registration fees set at $40 for adults and $30 for children, which includes a commemorative t-shirt. The event will commence outside the Pavilion in the North Meadow, beginning at 10 AM and concluding by 1 PM, as runners and walkers take to the course to bring attention to the plight of those diagnosed with rare diseases.
