Race Description
The upcoming 'Run for One' event, organized by Tyler Type One, aims to raise awareness for Type One Diabetes. Scheduled for November 9, 2024, at Faulkner Park in Tyler, Texas, participants can walk, ride, or run to show their support for those living with the condition. Proceeds from the event will benefit local support groups and education initiatives.
This year’s event features a new location at Faulkner Park, which offers increased parking for participants. Registration is open until 11:59 PM on October 28, 2024, to guarantee an event t-shirt, with entry fees of $35 for adults and $20 for children 12 and under. Early packet pickup will be available on November 8 at a local Whataburger, while same-day packet pickup can be obtained at the registration tent before the race.
