Race Description
Hands of Hope America is set to host its inaugural fundraiser, the "Run for Hope, Walk for Change," on May 3, 2025, in Clermont, Florida. This 5k event aims to raise awareness and funds for several critical issues affecting the Four Corners Community, including Mental Health Awareness, Food Insecurity, and Homelessness.
The race encourages community involvement and participation, with children under 12 allowed to join for free. Participants should be aware that while there is a race entry fee, it does not cover the $5 vehicle entry fee to Lake Louisa State Park. Registration is currently open, and volunteers are also being sought to support the event's various operational needs.
