Race Description
The Run before Walk 5K event is set to take place on August 31, 2025, in Saint Ignace, Michigan, as the precursor to the renowned Labor Day Mackinac Bridge Walk. Organized by Yooper Running Company, this scenic run offers participants stunning views of the Mackinac Bridge, starting at 9:00 AM. Registration is currently open with an entry limit of 150 runners, emphasizing the exclusive nature of this event.
Participants can register online until 11:59 PM on August 30, or until the entry cap is reached. The event promises unique awards including custom plaques for various age categories, along with medals and shirts for all participants. The run will commence from Bridge View Park, promising a picturesque route along Boulevard Drive.
