Race Description
The RRRC Volunteers for Dominion Energy Charity Classic 5K is set to take place on September 26, 2024, at Hardywood Park Craft Brewery in Richmond, Virginia. This event, organized in partnership with Dominion Energy, Sports Backers, and Performance Food Group, aims to benefit local nonprofits through the Birdies for Charity program linked to the Dominion Energy Charity Classic.
Participants in the 5K race will have their entry fees directed to a participating nonprofit organization selected during registration, with a choice from nearly 50 local charities. Limited to 500 runners, this inaugural event promises to kick off the countdown to the 2024 charity classic while supporting worthy causes in the community.
