Race Description
The Roy's Kids 5k event will take place on Saturday, December 7th, 2024, at Hurricane Alley in Downtown Bossier City, Louisiana. This charitable race, organized by a non-profit aimed at assisting single parents in the Shreveport/Bossier area, offers participants a choice between a 1/2 Mile Fun Run and a 5k race, with race day registration available for $40.
Participants are encouraged to support the cause by bringing an unwrapped toy for children, and pre-registered participants will receive an original event t-shirt. The event will also feature awards for the top overall male and female finishers, as well as age group awards. A post-race party will provide food and drinks for attendees after the race.
