Race Description
The Rotary District 6970 is set to host the 'Ride to End Polio' on November 2, 2024, in Edgewater, Florida. This non-competitive social cycling event encourages participants to enjoy various riding distances while raising funds for the eradication of polio worldwide through the Rotary International Foundation.
Riders can choose from multiple routes: a 6-mile ride to the SR-442 bridge, a 20-mile ride to Maytown Rd, or a challenging 30-mile route to Osteen-Maytown Rd and back. The event will be held along the picturesque East Central Regional Rail Trail, with amenities including a post-ride party featuring food provided by local Rotarians and commemorative caps for participants.
