Race Description
The Rootrock MTB is set to take place on October 19, 2024, at Briar Chapel in Chapel Hill, NC. This event will feature a variety of mountain biking courses that are based on the Rootrock Trail Run routes held earlier in the same day. The trails are distinguished by their combination of smooth dirt paths, rugged single-track, and challenging climbs, making it suitable for mountain bikers of all skill levels, from beginners to experts.
The venue, Briar Chapel, spans over 900 acres and includes an extensive network of forested trails. Participants can look forward to a vibrant atmosphere post-race, complete with food, music, and an awards ceremony featuring many giveaways.
