Race Description
The Rock and Run for Mental Health is set to take place on September 7, 2025, in Rochester, Illinois. This event includes a 5k race, a 1 Mile Fun Walk/Run, live music, yoga sessions, and wellness vendors, all aimed at promoting mental health awareness.
