Race Description
On April 12, 2025, the Rise and Run/Walk 5K and Kids' Fun Run with Easter Egg Hunt will take place at Saluda Shoals Park in Columbia, SC. This event, hosted by Forever Changed Ministries, is open to participants of all ages and abilities, providing a fast and scenic course for running and walking enthusiasts.
The event not only promotes physical activity but also supports mental health initiatives through the Sound Mind Series, with proceeds aiding the completion of films addressing topics like anxiety and depression. An awards ceremony will be held, and a special Fun Run with an Easter Egg Hunt for children will follow the 5K race, making it a family-friendly occasion.
