Race Description
The Rhode Island Family Turkey Trot is set to take place on Thursday, November 28, 2024, in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. The event features a 5K race starting at 10:00 a.m. and a youth run for children aged 12 and under, beginning at 9:30 a.m. Participants can expect to start near City Hall on Roosevelt Avenue, where they will also have the opportunity to pick up race packets and register on-site.
This year's race will award the top three finishers in various age categories, with individual awards being scored based on gun time and team awards from chip times. Participants who pre-register will receive race T-shirts, while those registering on race day may not be guaranteed one. The registration fees range depending on the date, with options for both the 5K and youth run available via advance online registration or at the venue prior to the race day.
