Race Description
The Red White & Ruck Nash is a charity event taking place on October 19, 2024, at the Cornelia Fort Airpark at Shelby Bottoms in Nashville, TN. Open to participants of all ages and fitness levels, including military members and civilians, this event encourages individuals to walk or ruck with or without weight in honor of fallen service members.
Participants can choose to complete as many laps as they desire within a three-hour time limit on a closed loop course. The event aims to support Gold Star families through its proceeds, which help fund the Enduring Heroes Program, allowing families to partake in meaningful retreats. Each participant will ruck in memory of a fallen hero, wearing a bib featuring their name.
