Race Description
The inaugural Race For Life 5K Run/Walk is scheduled for November 9, 2024, in Summerville, SC. This event aims to promote awareness for mental health, autism, and dementia, while also recognizing the important role of First Responders. Organized by Together We Are Helping Hands, the race invites participants from all walks of life to join in this meaningful cause.
All participants in the 5K will receive a commemorative t-shirt and finisher medals in celebration of the event's debut. The race day will feature packet pick-up from 7:30 AM to 8:45 AM, followed by the race start at 9:00 AM and an awards ceremony afterward. Important guidelines include that pets are not allowed on the race course, ensuring a comfortable environment for everyone involved.
