Race Description
On Saturday, October 11, 2025, the annual Race at the Cape will take place in Virginia Beach, VA, offering a 5K Run/Walk starting at 8:00 a.m. and a One-Mile Run/Walk at 9:15 a.m. Race day registration will be available from 7:15 to 7:45 a.m. Participants can enjoy two distances in one morning, with course maps available online.
This year’s event includes a special opportunity known as the Dolphin Double Challenge, limited to 100 participants. Entrants can complete both the 5K and the One-Mile Run/Walk to earn three medals, making for an exciting and rewarding race day experience.
