Race Description
The upcoming R&R 5K event is set to take place on May 31, 2025, in Williamsburg, Kentucky. This unique collaboration between Refuge Ridge and Reclaiming Futures aims to raise funds and awareness for both organizations, which focus on rescuing wolves and supporting the personal development of young people respectively. The event promises a family-friendly atmosphere with a special stroller division and an added category for dog walkers, making it an inclusive occasion for all participants.
Participants can look forward to receiving medals, with special recognition for the top three finishers in the dog walker category. Additionally, for every dog entry, an extra $15 will directly support Refuge Ridge. The race will be held in front of the University of the Cumberland's football field and includes a race T-shirt that features sponsors on the back.
