Race Description
The Quanah Hill Uprising, also known as the Mile High Challenge, invites endurance riders to test their limits by completing eight laps of the tough Quanah Hill course in under six hours. This grueling challenge features over 5,280 feet of climbing, translating to a total elevation gain of one mile. With limited spots available, this event is not for the faint of heart, but those who succeed will have the chance to etch their names into race history.
Participants can compete solo or in teams for a variety of challenges, including 6-hour, 4-hour, and 2-hour formats, as well as a 1-lap time trial sprint race. Top finishers in various categories will receive podium awards and a unique belt buckle commemorating the Mile High Challenge achievement. In the case of severe weather, a contingency date of February 15, 2025, has been established, ensuring all competitors have the opportunity to participate without refunds due to cancellations.
