Race Description
The Providence Rhode Races is set to take place on May 4, 2025, in East Providence, RI, featuring a marathon, half marathon, and 5k. The event will offer a scenic route that winds through four of Rhode Island's notable communities, showcasing picturesque neighborhoods and coastal views. Runners can expect a vibrant atmosphere as they navigate through the Creative Capital.
All three races will start from Bold Point Park, with the marathon commencing at 7:30 a.m., the half marathon at 8:00 a.m., and the 5k at 8:15 a.m. The marathon course is USATF certified and serves as a Boston Marathon Qualifier. Participants are advised that the event will proceed rain or shine, and the organizers have a no-refund policy in place due to logistical considerations.
