Race Description
The Pilot Club of Denham Springs is set to host the 8th Annual POUND the PAVEMENT for Pilot 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run on November 16, 2024. The event will take place at the Municipal Oaks Pavilion, beginning with the Fun Run at 8 am, followed by the 5K run. Participants can have the opportunity to receive an original coffee mug as a token from the first 50 finishers in the 5K.
Proceeds from the run will support various community projects, including Kidz Korner Playland and supporting children with special needs. The deadline for registration is November 6, 2024, to guarantee an event shirt, and packets can be picked up at Covington & Associates or during the race's morning hours. Awards will be given to top participants across various age groups and overall male and female finishers.
