Race Description
The Pleasant View Turkey Trot 5K, an annual community event held at Pleasant View Elementary, will take place on November 16, 2024. Open to participants of all ages and abilities, the event features a 5K race and a 1K dash for younger children, promoting a family-friendly atmosphere with activities that include music and prizes following the runs.
Runners for the 5K will be chip-timed, and all participants will receive a t-shirt, with additional prizes available through a drawing. The event aims to raise funds for Pleasant View Elementary, supporting teacher grants and school programs. Packet pickup is scheduled for November 15 and 16, with late registration available for those wishing to participate on race day.
