Race Description
The Pirate 5K, 10K, & Half Marathon at Shaw Family Park in Springdale, Arkansas, is set to take place on October 5, 2024. This event is part of the US Road Running Race Series, welcoming all participants regardless of club membership. Runners can expect to enjoy a vibrant atmosphere with themed medals for all finishers and a costume contest encouraging creativity among participants.
Races will commence at 8:00 AM, with packet pickups available 30 minutes prior to the start. The courses feature an out-and-back layout, with the 5K route being run twice and the 10K four times, while the half marathon will consist of six loops of the 5K course. Participants are urged to pre-register via RunSignup as there will be no on-site registration available.
