Race Description
The Pirate race event featuring various distances including a 1M, 5K, 10K, 15K, and a Half Marathon is set to take place on February 1, 2025, starting at 8:30 AM at Stith-Talbert Park in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. Participants can pick up their race packets starting 30 minutes before the race, and it is mandatory to register ahead through RunSignup, as there will be no on-site registrations.
This event offers a unique out-and-back course for all distances, with finishers receiving themed medals. In addition, there will be awards for the best costume, encouraging participants to dress up and add to the festive atmosphere. Points earned during this race also contribute towards the US Road Running Race Series.
