Race Description
The Pirate Race at Shamrock Park, scheduled for October 5, 2024, is part of the US Road Running Race Series, offering a variety of distances from 1 mile to a half marathon. The event will take place at 8:00 AM and is open to participants regardless of club membership, although members are eligible for discounts and merchandise.
Participants can enjoy a scenic course that features both concrete and asphalt terrain, with restrooms available at the Nature Center. All finishers will receive themed medals, and there is an optional costume contest to add an element of fun to the race. Registration is required through RunSignup, and on-site registration will not be offered.
