Race Description
The Pirate Race, featuring distances of 1 Mile, 5K, 10K, 15K, and Half Marathon, is set to take place on July 5, 2025, at Medal of Honor Park in Mobile, AL. This event, hosted by the US Road Running Club, emphasizes a family-friendly atmosphere and is open to all, regardless of club membership, encouraging participation from both runners and walkers.
Racers can look forward to a variety of courses, including an out-and-back layout for each distance, all while having the opportunity to earn points towards the US Road Running Race Series. Finishers will receive themed medals, and all participants must register via RunSignup, with no onsite registration available. With a time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes, the event aims to be inclusive for walkers as well.
