Race Description
The Pirate Race featuring distances of 1 Mile, 5K, 10K, 15K, and Half Marathon is set to take place at Baseline Trailhead Park in Ocala, Florida on December 7, 2024. This event is organized by the US Road Running Club and is part of the US Road Running Race Series, welcoming both members and non-members to participate.
Racers will enjoy a paved, out-and-back course with different lap requirements depending on their chosen distance. The event will kick off at 8:00 AM, with a strict registration process limiting on-site sign-ups, encouraging participants to pre-register online. All finishers will receive themed medals, and a best costume award will be presented, adding an entertaining twist to the event.
