Race Description
The upcoming Pirate 1M, 5K, 10K, 15K, & Half Marathon will take place on February 1, 2025, at Shamrock Park in Venice, Florida. This event is part of the US Road Running Race Series, and while it's organized by a running club, participants are not required to be club members to register. Early registrations are currently open via RunSignup, and on-site registration will not be available on race day.
Participants can look forward to themed medals for finishers and the opportunity to compete in a variety of distances, from a 1-mile run to a half marathon. The race will feature a scenic out-and-back course, with different laps for each distance. A costume contest will also take place, encouraging runners to show off their creativity.
