Race Description
The Pirate 1M, 5K, 10K, 15K, and Half Marathon is scheduled to take place on March 1, 2025, at Gemini Springs Park in DeBary, Florida. This event is part of the US Road Running Race Series and welcomes runners of all levels, with no requirement to be a club member. Registration is currently open, and runners are encouraged to sign up via RunSignup as there will be no on-site registration available.
The race features multiple distances, including a 1-mile race, 5K, 10K, 15K, and half marathon, all set on an out-and-back course. Participants will receive themed finisher medals, and there will be awards for the best costume. The starting time for the race is set for 8:30 AM, and runners must arrive early for packet pickup, which ends 10 minutes before the race starts.
