Race Description
The Pirate 1M, 5K, 10K, 15K, & Half Marathon event at James Wilson Park in Temple, Texas, is set to take place on November 2, 2024. Organized by the US Road Running Club, this race series invites participants to enjoy a variety of distances, all starting at 8:00 AM. Runners can sign up online through RunSignup, as there is no on-site registration available.
The event features a festive atmosphere where costumes are encouraged. Runners will receive finisher medals, and prizes will be awarded for the best costume during the event’s group photo. With a course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes, this race promises to be an exciting experience for both novice and seasoned runners alike.
