Race Description
The Pink October event returns to Tyler, Texas, scheduled for October 12, 2025, as part of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Participants can run or walk in support of breast cancer research, choosing from 5K, 10K, or 1-mile distances and will be rewarded with a finisher medal for their efforts. Additional medals are available for the top performers in their age groups.
This year also features a new Kid's Dash, a short sprint event aimed at younger participants, designed to create an enjoyable racing experience without the intimidation of a longer course. With various age group awards and special trophies for overall winners, the Pink October event promises to be both competitive and uplifting, encouraging community involvement in a vital cause.
