Race Description
The Palmer Turkey Trot is set to take place on November 28, 2024, in downtown Palmer, Alaska. This fun 5k run starts at the Train Depo and encourages community participation, welcoming dogs, kids, strollers, and sleds. The event promotes health and family bonding, providing a festive atmosphere ahead of Thanksgiving celebrations.
Participants are encouraged to bring food donations to benefit the Mat-Su Valley community during the holiday season. This free event aims to bring family and friends together while enjoying a light-hearted workout before the Thanksgiving feast.
