Race Description
The Bordentown Area Running Club is set to host its third annual breast cancer awareness event, "Paint Bordentown Pink," on Saturday, October 5, 2024, at Joseph Lawrence Park. Participants are invited to run or walk laps around the park, with opportunities to engage in music, food, and games, creating a family-friendly atmosphere. The event encourages attendees to don their best pink costumes for a chance to win prizes.
Proceeds from the event will benefit Move Over Breast Cancer, a nonprofit organization based in Princeton, NJ, that delivers essential support services to breast cancer patients in their homes. With a goal of raising awareness and fostering community support, the event promises to be an uplifting experience for everyone involved, promoting both health and camaraderie.
