Race Description
The ORRC Ralph's Run, formerly known as the Y2K Run, is set to take place on January 4, 2025, in Forest Grove, Oregon. This annual event honors long-time ORRC member Ralph Brown, featuring a unique changing distance each year, with the 2025 event expected to cover a distance of 20.25 kilometers. Participants can also choose to engage in a 10K run/walk, a 5K run/walk, or a children's run, all starting at 9:00 AM.
The course for the ORRC Ralph's Run will remain open until noon, with an early start time of 8:30 AM specifically for those participating in the 20.25K who may need additional time to complete the race. The event promises to attract numerous runners, continuing its tradition since its inception in 1986, and ensuring each participant has the opportunity to achieve a new personal record each year.
