Race Description
The Old Hickory Lake Sprint Triathlon will take place on June 14, 2025, organized by the Hendersonville Endurance Athletic Team (HEAT) to benefit the Salvus Center of Sumner County. Catering to both novice and experienced triathletes, the race includes a 400-meter swim in Old Hickory Lake, a 20K bike course on a closed highway, and an out-and-back 5K run.
Featuring a welcoming atmosphere, the event will be hosted at the Saunderville Boat Ramp/First Baptist Church in Hendersonville, Tennessee. Although designed to accommodate beginners, the course also challenges seasoned athletes, ensuring a competitive yet friendly experience for all participants.
