Race Description
Obatron Productions' exercise arm, Obatron Fitness, is set to host the 'Nocturnal 12', a 12-hour fixed time race designed to be walker and mobility-impaired friendly. The event will take place on the scenic Lake Ontario State Parkway Trail in Rochester, New York, beginning at 5 p.m. on October 19, 2024, and concluding at 5 a.m. on October 20, 2024. Participants will have the chance to cover as many laps as they can within the time limit, with a course distance of 2.06 miles per lap.
Registration is currently open for individual racers and teams, with a variety of incentives including a wooden medallion, race-specific shirts, and various nighttime snacks provided throughout the race. Teams may register up to four members and will be eligible for team tokens and prizes, promoting a fun and competitive atmosphere. As the date approaches, further announcements regarding sponsors and additional race details are expected to be communicated through various channels including the Obatron Fitness Facebook page.
