Race Description
The New Year's One Day event invites participants to start the New Year with a running challenge, offering both individual and team registration options. The race will take place on December 31, 2024, at Hellyer County Park in San Jose, where runners will circle a certified course of 1.0 mile around Cottonwood Lake.
The event has moved from its original location at Crissy Field due to new regulations surrounding overnight events. Along with the race, participants can look forward to various awards and recognitions, including medals for top finishers in different age categories, as well as a chance to score points towards the Blazer Awards competition for those who engage in multiple Coastal events.
