Race Description
The NC Blueberry Festival 5K is scheduled for Saturday, June 21, 2025, as part of the 22nd Annual North Carolina Blueberry Festival. The event celebrates local culture and features a 5K run, alongside activities such as live music, craft vendors, and a pie-eating contest, taking place in historic downtown Burgaw.
The race will begin in front of Burgaw Presbyterian Church on E Fremont Street, with options for both a timed 5K run and an untimed 1-mile walk. Proceeds from the event will benefit PATH, a local organization providing health services to youth in Pender County. Participants and attendees are encouraged to stay for the festival festivities following the run.
