Race Description
The Mustang Music 5K is set to take place on September 28, 2024, at Kinard Middle School in Fort Collins, Colorado. This annual event features a chip-timed race that showcases the beauty of the local neighborhoods while attendees enjoy live music from school bands along the course. Registration is currently open, allowing participants to secure their race packets and t-shirts ahead of time.
In addition to the 5K, the event includes a Reverse Parade/Fun Run, suitable for young children and non-runners, which involves two laps around the Kinard Track with musical entertainment. Early bird registration closes on September 9, and participants are encouraged to register online by September 16 to guarantee their t-shirts. A unique ZEROK option is also available for those who wish to support the band without physically attending the event.
