Race Description
The Motivate & Move 5K, scheduled for April 12, 2025, is set to take place in the scenic Queeny Park in St. Louis, MO. This event encourages both running and walking, providing an enjoyable atmosphere for participants of all fitness levels.
Participants can look forward to a fun-filled day with refreshments, snacks, and entertainment following the race. Awards will be presented to the top male and female finishers, as well as the gym with the most participants in attendance, fostering a sense of community and competition among local gyms.
