Morgan's Multi-Assistance Center (MAC) is set to host its annual Walk for Work 1K at Morgan's Wonderland on October 12th, 2024. This event aims to honor National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM) and raise awareness about inclusive employment practices through community resources and informational sessions.
The Walk for Work 1K is organized in partnership with UnitedHealthcare Community Plan and Texas Workforce Solutions, providing a collaborative platform for various agencies supporting individuals with disabilities. The event will take place from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM at 5223 David Edwards Drive, San Antonio, TX 78233, with an emphasis on fostering sustainable employment opportunities and job readiness.
