Race Description
The Moonbow Ultra, taking place on November 9, 2024, is scheduled to be held at Cumberland Falls State Park in Corbin, Kentucky. This unique trail race offers participants the choice of three distances: 10K, 30K, and 50K, as it weaves through the scenic Sheltowee Trace Trail, renowned for its natural beauty and challenging terrain.
Runners will begin their journey at the Moonbow Trail head near the Visitor's Center, traversing through picturesque landscapes featuring rock overhangs and waterfalls, culminating at the breathtaking Cumberland Falls. With specific cutoff times of 5, 7, and 10 hours for each distance, the race aims to cater to experienced trail runners looking for a demanding yet rewarding challenge.
