Race Description
The Mission 5K is set to return to Clemmons, NC on November 2, 2024, after a successful run from 2011 to 2018. This event includes a chip-timed 5K run and a 1-mile fun run, promising a festive atmosphere enhanced by Christian scripture and music along the route. Registration is currently open for those interested in participating or supporting a good cause.
Proceeds from the Mission 5K will benefit Good Works Engine, a local charity that has been fitting needy individuals with proper running shoes since its founding in 2010. Participants can enjoy activities leading up to the race, including packet pick-up on November 1st at Fleet Feet Clemmons. The race emphasizes both community involvement and charitable contributions, making it an engaging event for all ages.
