Race Description
The Mini Mortals Triathlon is set to return on May 18, 2025, after the 2024 event was postponed due to scheduling conflicts. This unique youth triathlon focuses on fostering community involvement and encourages local groups to participate for the benefit of their causes. The event is designed for young participants, utilizing age-appropriate distances that promote healthy competition among youth athletes.
Following the reverse order of the Ordinary Mortals race, the Mini Mortals Triathlon includes various race distances tailored for different age groups. Families are invited to take part together, often racing alongside multiple generations. The event will be held at the CSU-P Student Recreation Center in Pueblo, Colorado, with the race featuring a combination of running, biking, and swimming activities suited to children aged 5 to 15 years.
