Race Description
The inaugural Miles For Medicine 5K Run/Walk is set to take place on Saturday, October 26, 2024, at Coldstream Park in Northwest Lexington, starting at 9:00 AM. This charitable event aims to raise funds to support the University of Kentucky College of Medicine Salvation Army Clinic, which provides essential medical services to underserved populations.
Participants can look forward to a flat and fast 5K route along the scenic Legacy Trail, as well as various event features such as commemorative T-shirts, awards for top finishers, a DJ, free race photos, and an emphasis on social teams to enhance the overall race experience.
