Race Description
The Miles for Mary 5K Run and Walk, established in 2013, honors the memory of Mary Park and other cherished members of the Marblehead community. This event not only fosters community spirit but also acts as a fundraiser supporting brain cancer research, aimed at raising awareness in an enjoyable and scenic environment.
As the event celebrates its 12th series this year, it has successfully raised $700,000 towards brain cancer awareness and research. Participants can look forward to a day filled with camaraderie and purpose, as their involvement directly contributes to educational efforts about brain cancer and the need for effective treatment funding.
