Race Description
The first annual Monster Dash 5K is set to take place on Saturday, October 26, 2024, at McEwen Dixie League Park in McEwen, TN. This event aims to raise funds for new instruments, sound equipment, show designs, and personalized instruction for the McEwen High School Band, ensuring ongoing musical development for the students involved.
The race will feature a picturesque 3.1 mile looped course starting at 9:00 AM, with participants receiving a t-shirt and medal upon completion. A special costume contest encourages runners to don their favorite Halloween attire, and an awards ceremony will follow the race. Donations are welcomed for those who wish to support without participating.
