Race Description
The MedZou Ophthalmology Annual 5K will take place on April 5, 2025, at the Twin Lakes Recreation Area in Columbia, Missouri. Organized by the University of Missouri's Ophthalmology Department, this event aims to support the MedZou Community Health Clinic, which provides free ophthalmologic care to underserved patients.
Participants can register online until March 13, 2025, for a chance to receive an official race t-shirt, while those registering after this date can still participate at a reduced price without the shirt. The course will showcase the beautiful MKT Trail, featuring a hydration station at the turnaround point, and will culminate in refreshments and an award ceremony following the race.
