Race Description
The Medal Madness race, featuring 5K, 10K, and half marathon events, is set to take place on January 18, 2025, at Rotary Park in Columbus, GA. This event is part of the US Road Running Race Series, welcoming all runners regardless of club membership, although club members enjoy a 50% discount on race fees and receive a complimentary US Road Running shirt.
Scheduled to begin at 8:00 AM, participants can pick up their race packets starting 30 minutes prior to the event. This scenic out-and-back course promises a challenging yet enjoyable experience, with finishers receiving themed medals and the opportunity to don costumes for a chance to win additional prizes.
