Race Description
The 2nd annual Meatball Run is set to take place on October 5, 2024, in Summerville, South Carolina. This USATF certified event features a 5K run and a 1-mile fun run, both starting and finishing at St. Paul's Summerville. The race celebrates the local community and is organized by the Summerville Italian Feast, with proceeds benefiting educational programs in the area.
Participants in the Meatball Run will be competing for awards in various categories, with trophies for the top three male and female runners in each age group, as well as a team award for the highest participation. Additionally, all 5K registrants will receive a t-shirt and medal, while 1-mile fun run participants will also earn a medal.
