Race Description
The Matt Clark Memorial 5K Run/Walk is set to take place on November 9, 2024, in Winnsboro, LA. This event aims to honor Matt Clark, a cherished leader in the local church, and continues the tradition of remembrance for his impactful ministry. Registration opens at 7:00 am, with a special children's 1-mile Fun Run at 8:00 am, followed by the main 5K race at 8:30 am.
Participants can register on the day of the event for a fee of $30, but T-shirts are not guaranteed. The 5K race course is designed to be flat and fast-paced, with hydration stations and encouragement from volunteers throughout. Medals will be awarded to top male and female finishers, as well as to participants in various age categories. Refreshments will be provided for all runners and walkers after the race.
