Race Description
The Luau 5K & Half Marathon will take place on December 28, 2024, at Hickory City Park in Hickory, North Carolina. This race is part of the US Road Running race series and is open to all runners, regardless of club membership. Registration is currently open and must be completed via RunSignup as there will be no on-site registration on race day.
The event will feature two race distances: a 5K and a half marathon, with both courses designed as out-and-back routes. All finishers will receive themed medals, and participants are encouraged to dress in costume, with an award for the best costume to be given at the start of the races.
